![]() Question: how do you power all the equipment when in the field? Most likely cheaper to buy some additional uSD cards max size supported by your camera. Should offer you the commands for accessing files on the camera uSD. Has anyone been able to use a Pi as a means to transfer files from the GoPro to a portable bus powered external HDD? I know the USB on the Pi is not powerful enough to power many power hungry devices, but would it support something like the 2T WD Passport USB HDD? Is there a pgm or script that would automatically mount the GoPro as a USB drive and copy it's files to an external HDD? I don't want to haul my PC around just to do that.
